In 2016, he launched his design studio specialising in music, art, and culture. He relocated to Berlin in 2017 before publishing his debut collection of poems and short stories, The Casserole of Nonsense.

Lewis returned to Liverpool in 2019 to complete the renovation of a famous street where The Beatles’ George Harrison was born.
